CoLab Strategies is a female led social impact consulting firm providing services to organizations that want to expand or launch a new initiative in order to maximize their impact. Our values include integrity, quality, relationships, ethics, inclusion, and collaboration. When working with CoLab Strategies, you will work directly with the Owner and CEO. Your project, and ensuring quality results, will be her top priority. 

Making ideas happen is what Kristin does best and her highest and best purpose is using her skills to benefit the good of the community. She feels most motivated and accomplished when she is developing and leading projects and teams forward to meet their goals. Her passion is blazing a new trail.

Kristin has experience working in the non-profit, government, higher education, and small business sectors. She most recently served as Director of Economic Opportunities for REACH Riverside Development Corporation, a non-profit agency with the mission to holistically redevelop a low-income community in the City of Wilmington. Her extensive experience in the public sector includes serving in an appointed position as Chief of Staff to the Cabinet Secretary for the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, a State agency with 1300 employees. She served as a Management Analyst to a government agency, worked as a Legislative Aide in the Delaware General Assembly, and was a Research Assistant for the Delaware Institute for Public Administration. She also ran a successful small business for over 20 years.
